Bowerbanki Bailout - What to do?

My Bowerbanki (big single polyp that was getting close to splitting) left its skeleton yesterday. I had some issues a while back and a corner of it lifted but it had been steady and looked really healthy the last few weeks. It ate 4-5 Mysis it caught a few days ago.

It left the skeleton and is on the substrate, upside down but looking ok.

Is it a goner or can I save it? What should I do if it's not a goner? Will it build a new skeleton or does it need to attach to something existing? Should I glue it back on its skeleton or on a frag plug? I have no idea so any help would be appreciated. I love it so I really hope there's a chance for him.

You could attempt to use some superglue gel to attach it back in a couple places. Bailing out is not a good sign. Usually a sign of water parameters being off.

Pictures won't help much I guess. I've been having other issues for a while but things have been stable lately. Stuff that is new since the water issues got better is all doing well. It's the guys who were in the tank before that are still struggling. This one looked good all along except for the corner lifting, then this weekend he just left the skeleton completely.
