Bowerbankii looks terrible

I've had this Bowerbankii for about a month and a half. my 20 galloon tank is about 4 months old. Most lps and soft corals are doing well.

Dose All for Reef 20 ml a day
Not sure what's up with the BowerBankii, it was green when I got it.

I keep BowerBankis at almost the same parameters but with more nitrates.
It is hard to tell from the picture, but it does not look good, have you tried to spot feed it?
Mine love to eat and I feed it fresh chopped shrimp every day, maybe you can see if you can get it to eat something....

Thanks will try your suggestion. I need to bump up my nitrates to around 15ppm. I was there but lately they dropped. thanks!!!!
