Hello R2R. I am in need of some assistance in creating some sort of enclosure or doors for my stand. The stand is in the shape of a flat back bowfront. The original manufacturers stand had serious water damage so I had to rebuild it. The doors on it were curved glass. Unfortunately due to me not recreating the stand perfectly symmetrical to the last one, the doors will not go on the new one. For those with curved tank stands, how did you enclose it? I have 2 young boys, dogs, and a curious cat I need to keep out of there.

My stand came with curved doors.

Rather ingenious method.

They shape is made by cutting grooves at a certain depth/spacing into marine plywood, and then supporting the shape with ribs cut from marine plywood. Coat the whole thing in exterior paint (Previous owner chose brown, not my first choice but I dont mind, not enough to change it).
