Box fish in trouble?

Does anybody have any experience with this behaviour in a boxfish? I fear the worst. It is resting on the bottom and bumping into the rocks

Sounds like a Neurological issue to me, as if the eye coordination and swimming are off.

Boxfish are delicate long term in aquariums, and they hide symptoms pretty well. Yours is weak and breathing a bit fast. Its eyes also seem cloudy (or is that the video?). However, those are general symptoms and do not point to any single issue.
