They get big and when stressed like in small tanks they nuke the tank. At least from my research cause I wondered the same thing

No problem, places say minimum 125 gallons but Im scared of them poisoning all my other fish if stressed!

Same! I would never risk adding them with other fish or more than like 2-3 other fish.
