I always hear good things about Aquatic Ocean and Aquatic Collection in SF.

If you drive 45 min south to Milpitas, Neptune Aquatics is a great place with so many different choices of corals. They have a great $9.99 SPS frag tank.

Hit up Jimmy, he just finished taping a commercial for Kessil's LED fixtures. Get his autograph, cause he could be the next Brad Pitt.

If you want ORA and collector pieces, Diablo Corals (Concord) got some hot corals to purchase. Jessee is the owner and a really nice guy to deal with.

Aqua Exotic in Belmont (101 South) is a small reef shop but got a few good pieces. That's where I got my Dendros.

Baja Reef in Union City (Whipple Rd & hwy 880) has tons of fish. They got mini colonies of Sun Corals for cheap.

Hello Matt, how are you doing?

Concerning thr BPC Flamethrower, it is known to be an extremely slow grower. I'd be afraid to do a growout with that chalice, cause it could take 2 years to grow enough flesh to frag.

I might even give up on purchasing that coral.

Recently, I have been searching for some of the new rainbow chalices. My targets are on purchasing the CB Rainbow Crush.

I like the Dynamite, Atom Bomb and Flash Bomb. Luckily, Iwas able to buy a spot in Joe Knows Reefs chalice growout, but it will be another 6 months before we start fragging up any of the rainbows.

Hey Wesley doing good! Yeh I like the BPC but its not the prettiest! lol I was hoping to find a piece but it seems because of growth rates etc its quite exclusive. It would be nice to have it in my collection but the more I read about the more Im turned off. :sad:

I would however be interested in some rainbows. The Dynamite and a couple others are one my list. Shoot me a PM and we can chat..

Go to Aquatic Central the owner Chris is a great guy and they have some unique pieces that are reasonable priced. It would be good to call first to save time. Other than that Wesley hit it right on the head with all the other shops within the Bay Area. If you go to Aquatic Central tell Chris that I, Barry referred you and he shall take good care of you.
