Brackets for Ocean Revive T247

For those that use the Ocean Revive T247 lights, does anybody have the correct length of the tank that the brackets will accommodate? My husband may murder me if I suggest drilling into the brand new tongue and groove ceiling to hang it. I ask because I have seen two conflicting sets of numbers. When it's given in mm, and I convert that to inches, I get 29.9." When I see it in inches, it seems to indicate that it goes to 31". This matters, as my tank is 30.3 from outside wall to outside wall. Thank you!

You’ll be fine at 30.3” using the brackets. I had this exact same light and my tank was 31.5” wide. I just flipped the bottom brackets the opposite way. I’m not sure if it was as safe but it worked. I imagine 30.3” would be fine even using them the correct orientation.
