Well I had the camera working today. I apologize for the glare of my windows . My acros are doing awsome, growth is constant and now they are all growing together. Might be time for some trimming even though my regal angel helps me out on this.
The tank is 3 years old now and is run by 2 sequence dart pumps, one on a closed loop. 2 MP40 Vortech powerheads for more circulation. AP702 Deltec skimmer and a PF 601s Deltec calcium reactor. I run ozone and have a love for beautiful fish, lots of them as you can tell. My lighting is a Maristar 72" fixture with 3 DE 14k pheonix halides and 4 39w T-5's pure blue actinics. Many of these colonies started as frags.

I'm not sure which one you are thinking about. In the 5th picture there is a small red acro, that's my red planet frag.

Gorgeous mix of corals and your fish are magnificent! That regal is a PIGGY!

Thanks Rev. He's definately well fed, and if I forget to feed him he lets me know with a newly trimmed acro. lol

Your tank looks great. Beautiful colony's of acros. How many wrasses do you have in there. And can I ask which ones?
I've started collecting wrasses and have 10 so far. :)

Oh wow the regal eats corals? Just acros?

Let me tell you, once you get hooked on wrasses, its expensive. I've been hooked on them for over 2 years now. I really couldnt tell you how many, I'm guessing somewher around 20-25 different ones. I lost over 10 of them a few months ago to a virus or there would be more. The only ones I havent had are the reallyhard to find ones, like earlie, or johnsoni fairies.

I used to have solymias, but he loves them and acans, so I keep them in my older tank.
Other than those 2 lps corals and the tips of acros, he's good. I dont mind him nipping on the acros, they are too big to hurt.

Hey Brad do the big wrasses dig around or flip rocks a lot?

They dont. But all of my rocks are at least 20lbs. They would have a hard time moving them. The only wrasses I have that bury in the sand are my tamarin and potters. All the rest just cocoon at night.

That is like a slice of the ocean there, everything looks like it grew in together, perfection imo.
