The only thing I see in this pic is a pretty new tank which is going to make keeping corals alive difficult.

Well, I did answer it. Tank looks brand spanking new: No coralline, clean sand, etc.
Also, I can't see anything detailed in the pic that shows peeling flesh. Maybe a white light pic?
What are your tank parameters?

There is Coraline on the rock
Ca 460 Mg 1350 alk 9.3
No3 10 sg. 25
The flesh is light blue and it's skeleton looks dark brown underneath, I'm assuming if its two distinct colors it's separating? I may have scraped the top in the bucket last night as I was dipping and rinsing it, but this morning most of it had peeled off and it's stringy and fleshy right now, what is peeling I mean

I'm just not seeing it. Sorry.
Did you start with live rock that already had coralline on it? I don't see any on your glass, which indicates to me that the tank isn't ready for corals (one of my indicators).
Also, do you mean your SG is 1.025?
