Hello all! My favorite coral of all time are "favias", I caught wind of branching favites about 5 years ago from a reef builders post in 2011. I've been casually looking for them since then but now I don't belive they even exist. If anyone knows where I could find one it would be greatly appreciated!!!

They do exists, it's not a myth!
Last time I've seen them for sale was in Israel, about 1.5 years ago, wild caught.

Unfortunately no matter how hard I tried, it didn't acclimate well to captivity and slowly receded.
To this day I don't know what and why this happened because I keep hundreds of healthy, thriving corals otherwise, including multiple other species of Favias.
