Colonial hydroids. And if you are at the "they are spreading fast" stage, try to get rid of them while you can

Look like Digitate hydroids.

I've look at all the pics on the internet regarding digitate hydroids and they are all longer and swaying and supposedly get longer when the lights are out none of these apply to what's in my tank. The tips of the digitate hydroids appear to have minute tentacles. These tips are solid ovoid.
