Would like to know if you think this hammer coral is healthy.
Has been fed reef food for last week 2 times.

Parameters are as followed.
Alk 8.4
Ph 8.1
Cal 460
Mag 1420
Salinity 1.025
Nitrate 5
Ammonia 0

Currently on a low flow setting hence minimal movement.

Seems happy and not stressed to me. What type of lights is it under?
Radion xr15 g5 pro lighting running at 50% intensity for last 30 days. Was at 35% and increased over a 30 day period to 50%

Unfortunately don't know what PAR readings I'd be getting either

What else do you have in the tank? I would probably try and increase to 75% over time.

Any idea, it's gone now and it also appears the other head did the same thing from its mouth

Yeah doesn't look out of place all corals looking very healthy. Only my leather is sad.
