I don't know if this is normal but I got this branching hammer from the LFS this weekend and it's arms are like rounded at the ends and some of them make like 3 nubs at the end of 1 actual tentacle. At the end of the video I zoom in you can see what I mean. Is the hammer not happy? It's color is the exact same from the LFS and it's open almost all the way up. Ant suggestions? Thanks

I think this is normal for this kind of euphyllia. This one from Tidal Garden looks just like this: https://www.tidalgardens.com/stock-aussie-purple-tip-hammer.html

I don't think if it was unhappy, it's polyps would be plump and fully extended like that.

Maybe I'm just over thinking it lol.
Maybe but its easy to do in this hobby! I'm not sure how these guys grow more polyps, if it is like my bubble tip anemone those with multiple tips will split into their own polyps. This morphology may also just be how this hammer species is. If you just got it this weekend, then these polyps were like this at the store as well. You might just not have seen them like this there. It doesn't look like anything that would have happened from the time you bought it at the store until now. I think it is doing just fine!

Yes it looks the same only difference is not as many heads were doing Ng that splitting thing or whatever it is. But it's the same color vibrant neon green with purple bluish tips. And it's as open as it was at store maybe a little less.
