branching hammer question

Does my branching hammer look stringy to you? I have seem many pics of branching hammers and the tentacles are never this long. I run jbj 54w LEDs over 34 gallon cube full blast. Parameters are good. Nitrates are At like 20. Thanks for your inputs

It looks fine to me. I've seen lots of branching hammers and you can definitely tell when they are stringy the tentacles would look very thin and extended; the tentacles on yours have some thickness.
 
Looks good and healthy to me too. Sometimes they can extend out, looking for food or light. Just keep an eye on it. If it stays fully extended all the time, might try moving it up on the rockwork
 
Thanks guys. I have concerns my LEDs aren't strong enough at times. I have been thinking of adding a light from build my led to add the UV and red spectrum.
