Branching hammer?

So I just bought a hammer from the lfs and I believe it’s a branching variety but just to make sure, dang impulsive buys.

Flesh doesn’t look cut and I’m pretty sure the cut is from where it was branching

Hard to tell exactly but looks more like a wall hammer frag to me.

Just curious do you have experience with wall variety’s?

Asking because I thought in wall hammers you would have to cut the flesh of the coral to frag it. Doesn’t look like that to me. But maybe I’m still new!
