Brand new 180g cracked?

Tank was delivered and we did the setup on Friday. I just noticed this indent, it appears to be today. The tank is not currently leaking from here, but I'm very concerned. Unless this is a common manufacturing thing with aqueon? My guess is no. you can see it from inside the tank too. Any thoughts as to what this is and what my plan of action should be? Like I said the tank is brand new.

That was caused by some kind of impact. sucks but it def wasn't a mfg. defect.

I hate to say it but, looks like you need a new tank. You could maybe make a fresh water biotope out of it as you would only fill 1/4 to max 1/2 way and I would make sure you Silicone the inside and outside of the affected area. No I would not risk it at full capacity. You could also try and sell as a Snake or Reptile tank and recoup a few bucks.

I'm going to contact the shop I bought it from tomorrow. It didn't happen under my care so I'm hoping the shop can contact Aqueon and see what they can do. Must have happened during shipment or something The tank was just delivered on Friday. Thanks for your responses guys.
