I'm trying to use the same equipment in my son's tank as in our 29. I think his jebao may be a bit much flow. I dialed it down to the lowest setting. Is there a way to dial it back more? Night setting maybe? I have no idea what I'm doing.

Im not really familiar with the jebao pumps but I think anything in the small cube is tricky. Would a fairly high powered return pump be enough? Maybe something in the 150-200gph bouncing off the front glass?

It does look like you have it on the lowest setting. Did try the night mode. I'm not sure it'll work full time, it may need the goofy light sensor and come to full power again during the day.Hang on I'll show you.
The low budget duct tape fix is to use plastic canvas and put a square of it on the front with zip ties.
The next low budget fix is to use a 12v power supply rather than the 24v one.

I have the same controller on my PP-8s. That is the lowest setting. The green LEDs are speed of the pump, more LEDs, more speed. The turn knob is how fast the pump cycles. Night mode just goes to a steady speed with no pulse. So if you have out on minimum pulse, technically the night mode would be more flow because the pump is on constantly. The sensors are also a little funky, bright light will make it operate, but unless you have it right next to a sunny window I doubt ambient light will make it operate.

Forgot to mention the different modes. Chinese English dirrections are hard to make sense of.
W1 is a digital pulse. On, off on, off. At whatever speed you have it set with the green lights. The speed of the pulse is set with the dial.
W2 is an analog pulse. The pump never turns off but goes from minimum, to whatever you have the max setting on the green lights. I've noticed it'll flow a good bit more water than W1 at the same setting. As before the speed of the pulse is set with the dial.
Else is completely random. Speed has even less control than W2, and the dial again effects how quickly it changes flow.
H is just straight flow. No pulse or ramp.
C is alternating flow with a linked pump. It requires two pumps, and they can be linked with the WiLi button. One in master, one in slave. It's a 1 to 30 second pulse that alternates between pumps. If foundnthat it works for about an hour, then one pump will get out of sync and you might have 30 seconds of both pumps, then 30 seconds with no pumps.

So glad I asked you guys! Y'all make this so much easier when I'm figuring things out. Sure could have used help programming the vcr years ago. The clock flashed 12:00 until I just put electrical tape over it so I wasn't reminded how challenged I am.

Just don't stick the cookies in the VCR, it's not an easy bake oven...
Over 40. Still have a VCR in the garage. No Problembs.

32, no VCR, no DVD, no BluRay... but I do have an Xbox One, which is a DVD and BluRay player, and Netflix and Hulu and HBOGO and my DirecTV is hooked into it... I can even talk to it and tell it to open different programs or even turn the TV channel and volume up and down... but it's stupid and doesn't recognize a southern accent most of the time.
I am old enough to remember VCRs and going to Blockbuster and having to rewind them before you take it back.
