I have cooked Indian food. I created this general guide for myself on the proportions I like when learning spices that were new to me. I am vegetarian, so I often just mix this up and throw in whatever vegetables I have.

Indian Spice Mix

3-4 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Onion
3 Cloves Garlic

1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Coriander
½ tsp Garam Masala
½ tsp Ginger
½ tsp Tumeric
a pinch Cinnamon
a pinch Cayenne
a pinch Paprika

5-6 Vegetables

Sounds awesome! I luv Indian food. The spices used in Indian cooking bring the tongue to life. I have spent a lot of time in SE Asia and keep telling myself i have to make it over to India. I need me some Dehli Belly.

Burgers, pizza, pasta (Only homemade though), chicken wraps, fries are certainly up there. Everything homemade ofcourse. We make our own pizza, burgers pasta and fries. Theres nothing better IMO.

If any of you guys are the praying type. My uncle could use some right now. He has been admitted to the hospital with almost zero platelets

Anyone here had a gorgonian sea whip?
How do I keep them standing up without growing to/against my glass?
I have 2 that are really long, about the same depth of my tank standing straight up.
Right now one is standing diagonally and laying onto a rock up high the other is growing against a magnet cleaner and the glass, I'm trying to keep it standing up instead of lying flat on the sand/rocks.
Any suggestions?
