I think 3 footer is my limit. I've thought about going bigger, but my tomini is the largest fish I really want. The rest are gobies and blennies and basslets and flasher and fairey wrasses. Keeps costs down if I stay at 3ft.

Hahaha, that's Andre... he's a far from wild Percheron gelding and probably close to 18 hands. He loves to pull and have his picture taken.

After I get these dinos under control and enjoy this tank again, i am going to try to grow my own phyto and pods then share the leftovers with local reefers. I cant wait to enjoy this dumb hobby again. Lol.

In all seriousness, Google the study of coral growth where there is a healthy population of coastal birds.

I have heard that invasive rats eating the indigenous birds and eggs has led to less food for corals.

I'm debating selling the 50 cube or just buying a sump and setting it up as an upgraded office tank; as a FOWLR, Euphyllia garden or Nem tank.

Its looking good after the blackout. Just kinda waiting for it to return as it seems to. I pulled the chaeto out to raise nutrients. It seemed like no matter how much I dosed, the chaeto sucked it all up. Its just a wait and see game now
