Brand New 8 gallon bio cube

If only we could maintain the perseverance you displayed that day all the time....
If only!!

MelevsReef did a video where he advocated drilling lots of holes in your rocks before you put them in the tank the first time, so that you could mount corals later and move them around if need be and already be good to go.

that man definitely believes in the axiom “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure”

I have given her a shower once. She trusts me, but she wasn't thrilled with it.
She let you shower her? Unbelievable. I had to bathe my cat once growing up and I looked like I had been rolling in barbed wire.

Softies need love too! All this from one tiny 1” frag. I’ve thrown away a lot of babies, (so many babies!) and clearly it needs a good trimming at the moment. I had it in the front of the display for a while but it got way too big...seems my corals are making a habit of that. But for a cheap nutrient sponge that is somewhat manageable, i don’t think I could do much better.

@living_tribunal Dude thanks, my corals absolutely love this red sea program so far!
I was looking at that tonight at my lfs.

I am actually completely blind, my prescription is -6.5!!

in that blurry picture I think I can see 2, that should get encrusted over in no time. I’ve gone through a lot of effort to not have frag plugs visible, it’s just such an unnatural look imo. my new orange shroom is unfortunately stuck to one, I buried it in the sand as best I could but it still bothers me, that thing needs to hurry up and grow so it completely covers it up! I even got the LFS to use the bone saw to cut the plug smaller so it would be less visible lol

They won't go in the nem yet. They watch it like a hawk but that's it.

R -7.5
L -8.5 and I'm left eye dominant.

I shot a gun left and kick a ball left
I throw,hit and write r.

In basket ball im stronger to my left but shoot right. Screws with defenders because completely opposite of what it should be.

So far everything in my tank loves it. (Only been 4-5 days)
Haven't tried the coral vitalizer yet.
Will be doing that soon.
