I've seen that before. @Will Godfrey apparently common. General consensus is they will disappear after he molts.

I think worst case is Taura syndrome virus. He will either be fine or...yours doesn't look like that to me. From what I read it could be chemistry changes in minerals in food and water, or simple bruising. I did some reading for our Pederson before we got him. I could be way off, I'm new too.
