If you're speaking to using acrylic for the baffles, why not simply get some glass cut to size?

Silicone will bond to acrylic and will work find for baffles.

It’s just not the strongest bond.

Use momentive rtv 108 and it will hold great.

Let it bond for 24 hours +, especially silicone on acrylic.

If you mess up, it’s nearly impossible to strip the silicone from the acrylic

People say a bunch of stupid stuff about acrylic. It does bond, it’s just not as strong as silicone on glass.

If it didn’t, no one would make their own sumps and we’d all be melting acrylic

You mean the big ones ?
I've seen some bloom for the small ones!
I dont know how they reproduce, I would think they need at least 2 specimen of the same family but thats only a guess
