Enjoy everyone. Hope your Christmas is awesome. We had Italian subs from the best sub place around the Philly area. I have the bolognese sauce simmering over the fire for the traditional "day after Christmas lasagna." I'll make fresh pasta for the lasagna on Thursday for the ultimate lasagna--at least in my head.
