Just like directions on a shampoo bottle. Almost. Scrape,rinse,repeat.

Don't do it in your tank. Many ways to kill them. Use whatever way looks fun.

i think my plan is to scrape and rinse, then put hydrogen peroxide on them, then rinse again and again until i feel comfortable

Use this .... it’s pretty fun.

Seriously though. If the coral can come out easily , do so and scrape.

If it’s hard to get out , any injection or aptasia paste can make them spit babies. But honestly they don’t always do it.
