You know those moments you spot a change in the tank that only you would spot?
This is my pastel chalice and the only time it shows the red mouths is when it is happy.
I thought I saw a hint of colour a couple of days ago.
This made me smile!

Thank you. I am an old salt. Used to DIY way more than I do now. I even made a square skimmer out of glass many years ago. LOL! I like building stuff. Maybe I will have more time for projects when I retire - next week!

There is an LFS next to our hotel in Buffalo. Buffalo Coral Reef. Excellent shop we have been to before.
The owner has a few tanks with Montipora covering the bare bottom. Always loved this look.

Looks like a chalice in the bottom pic. Big eyes.

Looks a lot like a JF Raja Rampage. I'd have to see a close up tho. Never seen a monti with eyes like that. They normally have teeny tiny polyps. Tyree flower petal is a good example of a green and blue monti like that.
