I would like some input for a minor scape change. My hi fin goby and tiny pistol live in a cave on the side of the tank. I'd like to open the cave just a little for my viewing pleasure. I don't want to hurt them or stress them out. Would y'all consider it? Leave it alone?

No idea what the odds are, but why not. Do it carefully whatever time of day the goby is sleeping. Only risk is they move to the back out of sight completely. Then just rearrange again.

Snow makes everybody stupid. They completely forget how to drive. And then everything becomes a slushy brown mess. Snow in the mountains is fine if it would just stay there I'd be happy

They don't forget how to drive. Snow amplifies the impact of poor driving habits.
I don't know if snow makes everyone stupid. For some it is a precondition, the snow just amplifies the problem and gives the rest of the family tree a reason to join the fun.

I had a "snow day" at the start of the year, CLK 320 V6 diesel Merc with 255 low profile rears was going nowhere, day 2 I went out and skidded about on the way to work after I dug it out, we don't really do snow where I am in England!

I don't mind driving in it and my car is actually fun to drive in it. It's the morons I can't stand. The ones that SHOULD stay home. It's either doing 35 in the left lane, gripping the steering wheel so tight or running up on your butt in their pickup trucks thinking they own the snow. Only to see them a couple miles up in the ditch...
