Brand New 8 gallon bio cube

Ok. So flow and maybe halfway to upper third of my tank, right?
I think theyre fairly tolerant to different levels of lighting but would personally err to towards the mid to lower portion to allow for growth upwards. Assuming it's a photsynthetic species that is.

It is. Thanks. I was wondering about that.

This guy is telling me he needs an SPS

@Scurvy has yours decided he prefers a particular coral yet?
So far he hangs out mostly at the base of a small leather. The leather has grown from a small remnant of another that I had mounted in that spot over a year and a half ago so its about the size of matchbox. Kinda neat. I think it was in the shot I posted up yesterday.

I'm thinking about an SPS for him to hang out in. Gonzo loved the staghorn skeleton. Besides, I want to scape upward some.

Montipora digitata. Maybe a forest fire... those are pretty hardy and don't need SUPER powerful lights, but still I'd place it at the top of your rocks.

I was gonna. My lights are better than most people think. More like mini T5.

Good suggestion, Grow like crazy when they're happy too.

That and being in a lid, they are a LOT closer to the water than the 12-18" some people run their LEDs to get spread and even color blending(I'm talking to you Ecotech, cough cough). You should be fine with SPS.
