Anyone ever buy fish from Marine Collectors?

Hey all. I was doing tank maintenance yesterday evening and there was a leak...just not from the tank, from my wife! Luckily I had only tested the salt mix, the tank params, and scraped the algae.

congrats!! cute as can be!! Seems like yesterday for my 6. Don't blink and soak it in. Hope mom, baby and you are all doing well!

If anyone wants to see a talented artist enjoying their new tank, check out Ardeus’ video here. The video posted right after tells the story of his new tank. Bonus points if you can spot the sheep in the second video.

Drilled the tank. It’s on my build thread. Wasn’t difficult at all.

Very proud of you!

Does this new frag have a name?

Ha! Funny. That was definitely me growing up in my family. Even the black sheep considered me the outsider.

I just wanna say how much I appreciate a place like this... this whole website, and this thread too.

Facebook reef groups can get so toxic. That #askbrstv group is like poison... I'm probably going to leave all of them and say to heck with it all but R2R and the local group. So many people who just want to argue and try and belittle someone, just for the heck of it.

Honestly the "BRS" Formula has been responsible for the worst setups and most successful failures I've ever seen. The things they advise everybody to do literally are counter-intuitive to each other "DO this and don't do that" --> When you don't do that, doing this = unstable tank, etc etc.

Do any of you guys read/watch anime? I got asked to do a comicon kinda thing and dress as Erza. I know nothing about this character.

She is named Avery. It was entertaining coming up with baby names. My wife had some dueses.

I worked with a guy whose wife was vietnamese. There was a language barrier and she didn't get our humor. He named his daughter Eula. Keep in mind we were all nerds and he was a software engineer.

Points to who gets the joke first.

His wife never found out.
