Sure. 1/2 stick of Irish salted butter in the pan. Brown it just a tad. McCormick's Chicago Steak seasoning. Cook on about level 4 for 10+ minutes turning frequently.

Dude, if you like the size and style get it. Leave it in your garage until you are ready to set it up. That's a great find and good on the seller for giving it to someone else to enjoy.

It is not that hard to prepare, the problem is to find the ingredients, look for any Arabic shop and hope they carry them.

Main ingredient - Jameed , it is hard dry yogurt made from ewe or goat's milk.
