I do. A lot. We hang out in his room and read and watch his tank. More enjoyable to watch him test water and do regular maintenance.

It is good for kids to have responsibilities like testing water and maintenance. It has to be enjoyable to help and teach them. How old is the birthday boy?

My corals arrived today. I was prepared to take some pictures but my cameras battery was dead.

. Because of the issues in my tank I acclimated them, dipped them and put them into a quarantine tank. Tank has been cycled for several weeks.

I am glad that everybody is safe, sorry for the car .

Regrading asking your husband approval for new tank, I’ll tell you what I do everytime I got a new tank. I send my wife and kids to visit her parents for few days , when she returns there is a new Tank and some flowers. Then my son Zaid will ask “dad are we gona get a new tank every time you send us to Jordan ?”

Fadi you are to transparent. Your poor wife will cringe when you offer her to visit her parents. I see it now.....honey would you like to visit your folks next week? And Zaid says.........how big is the new tank dad? Mom dad's getting a new tank!

Today I have 2 parade floats to decorate. Cub Scouts and Santa's Elf. It will be fun. Tomorrow I get to be the elf. You have no idea how much fun I have giving candy to those kids along the Parade route. This year I'm taking the neighborhood kids with me. I am making them all reindeer.

I'm going to have to make 2 sets. Pretty sure my hippie kid will need this too. He got a little piece of sps a couple of months ago and wedged it into his rock. It has now encrusted. Very well actually.

I may decide to do some dosing myself. So I will be watching. Have fun decorating the floats. I do not do the floats here. But I am involved with a program to help families have gifts to give. It is Shop with a cop.

I do it every year as well. Just not a cop anymore.
