IMO. I’d doesn’t matter.
I would have reccomeded a premixed like ESV.

Biggest difference really is price and concentration. When I did Tropic Marin it was less potent than esv so I used more. More $$$ too.

I saw other pre- mixed. I figured it would be smarter to start with something we can get locally.

I don't know. I had a full chemistry set when I was 10. Remember those? I enjoyed mixing chemicals and doing mad scientist experiments that weren't in the book of "safe" experiments that came with it. I managed to survive and turned out reasonably normal. Well, "reasonably" might not be that accurate.

Ha! I had one too and it contained Potassium Nitrate and Potassium Chlorate I believe. BOOM!

I got thrown out of an EOD class because I already knew the chemistry. They get mad if you spoil the things to make results of the slideshow.
