What they said, my 90 is a mix of 40 and 80, I only went with 80 on connections so I could have the purple and grey. My dads tank and my frag are 40 all the way. @dantimdad is right, if you have 1 1/4" bulkheads anyways it wont hurt. All my tanks are 1" and 3/4" but that's what the tank was drilled for.

Our neighborhood has community garage sales, I always go looking for old towels on the cheap. I have a box of them I spent like $5 for the whole thing a year ago. Still have a few I haven't used yet.
