I guess one inch is fineGuys I am learning along here. When drilling a hole in the bottom pane like this, what is minimum distance between another hole and from the side pane? Thanks!

no problemAwesome and perfect. Thanks!

Just found this "The general guideline for holes is that there should be minimum one hole diameter's distance between glass edges, either hole to hole, or hole to side/top edge of the glass, 1.5x the diameter being better/preferable. So if you are drilling 2" diameter holes, the tops of the holes should be at least 2" from the top of the tank and the sides should be at least 2" from the end of the tank or the nearest hole."
A little danger never hurt any body ... lol. Congrats on deciding haha. After much agony trying to decide, I am just going to KISS. It is staying Durso. 1.5" is not got to clog easily. There are many things to make it quieter too. I may regret my decision, but I made it.
After talking to some old school reefers, 1.5 is less likely to clog and flood than my ATO failing. I guess we'll see, won't we?A little danger never hurt any body ... lol. Congrats on deciding haha.
This is the only thing I ask first about. Probably why it stresses me.Good. I love decisiveness.
That's the love part for sure!And R2R!
