If you have to drill the lids...and you will just make sure you clamp it down to a piece of wood and use a normal hole saw or drill bit for smaller tubes. Keep the drill speed up but don't push down hard with a hole saw...let the tool scratch its way through the Polycarbonate. Polycarbonate is not the easiest stuff to work with so be careful. It won't crack but is can pinch and launch itself across a room.

Enjoy is an understatement! I wish you could hear him telling his friends how "beast" it is. His voice has almost got a squeak to it.

He had been in the garage taking out the packing materials before this too, but no, my house is certainly not spotless.

Sweet looking sump and ATO! Great work @Lowell Lemon ! Can’t wait to see more pics!

I sure wish I could work with acrylic like that. I am old and we used to make stuff like this out of glass. I even made a skimmer out of glass years ago. :-). Wish I still had it or pictures of it. Ran it off an air pump and a Sanders limewood air stone. Ha!
