Bad T con? Unplug everything except the power cable. Smack the lower left(I think) corner. Try it again.

Samsung's also have a reset sequence that can sometimes fix that.

Everything unplugged etc.
It's toast.
Oh well the insurance plan will replace it or refund me and I'll get a new one.

LCD panel needs to be replaced.
I was just on Samsung forums and this is a recent recurring thing with this model over the past 3-4 months.
These things are dropping like flies it seems.
I'll try an LG OLED next.

I have 3 factory refurbished Vizio TV's. They have all worked very well. I guess they get it right the 2nd time at the factory
