Brand New 8 gallon bio cube

Hit a pothole so big I swear we caught air LOL. Rear passenger flat tire, had to get hotel in Stoughton WI for the night. Off to the tire shop at 7am. Road trips are boring unless something interesting happens anyway :p

@Crabs McJones I can see your house from here
You're a stones throw away from me lol. Yeah..wisconsin rates up there with worse condition roads in america. Were to busy eating brats and drinking wisconsin crafts to fix em ;Hilarious

Funny thing is my dad was just explaining about how him and my mom had a flat tire just east of Madison 20 years ago then bang we hit a jump and caught air

Morning y'all. Continental breakfast, tire shop then back on the road again. Just can't wait to get back on the road again... There's a joke or song in there somewhere. Going thru @crusso1993 neck of the woods today before heading thru @sfin52 neck of the woods this afternoon. I see y'all:cool:

Hey! What about my neck of the woods? Huh? Are you too good for the South?

:)

It's not just you.

I was astonished at the prices at the swap.

I was also looking at zoas online last night. Absolute insanity. When did a single zoa polyp jump up to these prices?

I remember when we recommended them to beginners because they were cheap and grew like weeds. :)

@Why-Me - I'm not sure if you had mentioned it previously and, if so, my apologies. I wish I had known about your driving thru the area today. We could have maybe grabbed a coffee or something. What route will you be taking through the area?

is it just me or are coral prices increasing dramatically.

Since reemerging into the hobby again, I was blown away at the price of nearly everything. I was MIA for about 15 years and expected to see increases but was shocked and, let me say, I'm a hard guy to shock. They've tried at the nut hut a few times! But seriously, I was dumbstruck and even in the past 6 months things have jumped. I think it's not an easy pill to swallow for most reefers. And I know about swallowing pills from being in the nut hut!

Eh, I used in your area as a general term, we're going thru Rockford today, probably the closest to Chicago we'll make it.

It also seems that since designers have increased generic have followed suite

Yeah I'm new to the hobby and even I noticed this. It's like the big name brand expensive corals became the new norm and the small guys got to Jack up their prices to follow suit
