@12gallonsofhex you may have mine beat! It's hard to tell on mine with the tentacles waving around so long. Let me try to get a look tomorrow when the lights first come on.

I know, it took me 3 trys to get those pics. I shook the rock its attached to so they would close up, and then take a pic when it was open enough to see but not so open that the other polyps covered the newbie.

Thank you. The guy said this moyeri is the nicest one he’s ever seen. It was an extra $20 for “show quality” whatever that means. My tomini is already eating the ulva growing all over the place. I’m happy with my new additions I wish you all could see the moyers in person, pics don’t do it justice.

The pics never do our tanks justice, but then some websites can make an aptasia look like a rainbow anemone. Someone needs to come out with dedicated reef tank camera that takes real world pics.

I tell ya what.... The Samsung galaxy’s using Pro Mode are as close to real life as Ive seen. Check these shots taken yesterday by @RichtheReefer21 of Fudsey’s tank. No filter, just pro mode with a couple tweaks and they are true to life.

So is it true the higher the flow the longer the tenticles lower flow stubbier tenticles.

Haha, Its me too! I actually paid off the balance of my sisters when she upgraded so Id have a galaxy to use for pics and can't get anything close to those either!! But I was there and saw those shots taken with my own eyes! LoL

That would be a good looking reef. I really dig the movement corals. I know your struggle with certain corals. The lionshare of Zoanthids dont like my tank. My parameters have been solid from day one 6 months ago. I switched to the same light as @YourReef where i have purchased all my coral, yet still they close up halfway through the day and have not multiplied. I may end up trading them out if i can't figure out what I am doing wrong.
