I’m so bad at keeping my powerheads clean mainly my gyres. I feel like I just did them and they are already humming, full of dang chaeto and mystery goo.

I use to remove and clean them every week but then you and Sarah were talking about not doing it that often. Now I just cleaned them after waiting a month...was killing me!! Haha

There is something super special about anemones. I babied mine like a mother hen too. Still do really. My whole tank crashed and SHE is what I worried about the most.

Btw, an old school reefer contacted me here and reassured me that those compact florescent bulbs will be more than fine for the nem. This is a bit of a test. We are prepared to modify for his health.
