Brand New 8 gallon bio cube

His mother is unbelievable!
I remember, but not as bubbly, so your light hypothesis may have merit here. It will be interesting to learn as he grows.

As you can see, he starts getting bubbles within a few minutes.

I kept turning down cheap offers for RBTA. I so regret it.

Good morning everyone!

This is the one brutal thing about working nights, on my days off I can't sleep ;Shifty
I hear that. It is the switching around that is killer. Friday I got out at 6am. Saturday I had to be in at 7am. Tonight in at 10pm. I basically take several 2-4 hour naps whenever I can when it is not consistent. Usually at least during the week it is consistent, then, on the weekend, I get lots of sleepiness and headaches trying to do other things.
Working swing shift for 11 years, you just kinda sleep when you're tired. I don't really have a circadian rhythm. I can tell you, switching from.day to night is easy, switching from night to day is torture. Take for instance, I JUST got off at 6 this morning, and I have to be back at work at 6 tomorrow. Its overtime that I signed up for... but still, somebody had to cover the shift and I'm not turning down that kind of money.

Good morning! A lot of late night chatter to catch up n this morning. Reefers do seem to have some interesting jobs.

After 42 years, mine is not so interesting to me any longer. I look at stuff like this all day. I get to reconstruct them on paper and decide if we will fix them, or send them to the salvage pool for auction. I do like not having to sit behind a desk all day and coming and going as I please. Our office hours are 8:00-4:30 - when I work office hours. I do drive about 2,000 miles a month on the job, which is not that bad. Pays the bills though. I just have to make sure I don't create too many bills. :)

Ouch.

Reminds me of an old pair of jeans after a bad burrito night. ;Wideyed

Since we are sharing job stories and all... took this the other week on night shift, right at sun set.

One of the little baby gators in the pond. Only around 3'. I think the big one has been staying in the river. A co-worker saw it fishing on an off day, said it was at least 12'.

Tank is cloudy from some work I did (cleaned up and used epoxy for the first time reattaching frags). Still, I got a nice side shot with all 6 fish. Can you find them all? Hint, the sixth one is at the back right.
