Absolutely lol. I am somehow sure that sliding that paper under the tank will trigger its downfall somehow. Final destination style- like a rube goldberg machine.

I meant more like setting off a LONG sequence of events, that will eventually cause a huge disaster. The paper I slid under the tank knocking off some salt creep, which goes into an outlet, which shorts my lighting, which kills me and the entire tank somehow

Final Destination involved a lot of that sort of things. Flashbacks to a welder getting distracted when making a chain (causing a defect), then back to the present when said chain (which has rusted over time) was being used in a crane, the driver of which was distracted and caused excess stress on that link, which snapped and caused a block of concrete to kill someone . Lovely stuff like that lol
