Have you ever tried a Dark n' Stormy? Gosling's Black Seal Rum & Ginger Beer. Some friends went to Bermuda (my birthplace) and told me the Dark n' Stormy is the most popular drink on the island. So I had to adapt it as one of my favorites. The ginger beer is non-alcoholic and is like ginger ale, but has a stronger taste. You could also try some in your ginger fro.

You can find the Gosling's at most good liquor stores and they would probably have the ginger beer there as well. I used to make it with Barritt's, but it is from Bermuda and I can't find it locally. Gosling's started making their own. In fact, I have seen Dark n' Stormy packs that have both ingredients. You can also give it a little twist of lime.
