I ve got one up on ya. I've been there for the torpedo and a test missle.

I've been there for a missile test, but they wouldn't let me pull the trigger. For some reason only the missile tech's get to do that.
I got lucky with the torpedo. Our COB felt every new qual should "fire" a water slug. When it was my turn they let me fire a dummy torpedo to recertify the system after some work was done.
