Brand New 8 gallon bio cube

@najer I just read the thread on banned words. Pretty cool that you want to be able to include all of our reefing community here. I consider all of our reef friends as equal. I am proud to include LBGT as part of our R2R family. My real life family as well.

I understand the religious roots of the forum but it would be nice if more thought was put into real world this century happenings and views.
I was messaged by someone preaching at me because I posted it, I deleted it, I should have kept it and passed it on to admin, I found that very offensive but walked away (for a change), I am here for reefing and being amongst nice people.

Usually Mods can see posts that even you have deleted so you could probably still report the incident and they could look into it..

The word isn't a bad word. I think if a new member was giving a little bio and couldn't use the word, it would immediately make them feel unwelcome here. I love that our forum (and this thread) is diverse in many ways, not just our tanks and methods of Reefing.

I love my friends from abroad and feel extremely happy when they share cultural and religious differences. It makes me smile to know we are all here for a common goal. Plump happy fish and beautiful coral!

Don't try this at home kids!
Ok try but think about it first.
The only reason I can do this is grubby water, "bits" in your water column feed all sorts of things including corals.
This is before feed time this morning, now a 3 inch plus coral in 6 days from a one inch blob!
The new one is behind the wrasse, it has quadrupled in size and is still filling out! ;)

I broadcast feed with pumps on btw. ;)

The reading I have done for a few years suggests these are the easiest to maintain. She was also allegedly captive bred. Also indicated as a plus. She certainly has a feeding interest in anything I feed the tank. Not sure she eats? Difficult to see.

Three things.

First Im slightly freaking out. Powers out substation is with out power. All circuits going into sub tripped. Cwlp on Twitter if you want to look. @Katrina71 you don't have have an acct to see it.

Two going to my lfs to check on the wrasse and trade a leather and some keyna tree frags. Keyna trees are Popular around here.

Can a pipe fish be in a moderate flow tank.
