The clownfish seems to like her. I think they are technically a cleaner fish. The clown allows her to swim in the cave with zero aggression. Usually the clown is territorial there.

In all seriousness though, the article that Mnfish1 posted was an article I had read a couple months before that thread was started and if you actually sit down and read through it all. It's an interesting eye opener to tang behavior in the wild and really does suggest that the arbitrary rules we put in place for most tangs and the length really are hogwash.

I think there are many variables to Tang happiness.

I'll have to keep digging around, there is another article I read about tangs that were tagged in the wild and suggested the only reason they swim long distances is because they have to in order to survive. Looking for food and avoiding predation and when food is found in an area they will stay as long as they can before being forced to move on.

So they are like the Serengeti wildebeast. Just cuter. A lot of herbavore move a lot to keep up with food.
