I usually flush membranes before and after for 5 minutes, just wondering if I'm supposed to flush brand new membranes for 15 min or more??

Stick with your standard practice

Did you replace the carbon as well? And do you flush and run a DI bypass??

So, I completely got rid of my GHA problem... and gained a cyano problem and an ulva lactuca problem.

The bubble algae problem still exists.
