Brand New 8 gallon bio cube

I read some fancy words about my Goni “continuously filtering phytoplankton out of the water column” and yea. Bought some Phyto Feast.
@Reef Nutrition, I laughed so hard when you said it was Coca Cola you were drinking! But well done, it sold me :)

Not sure what’s actually happening in my tank, but I know that it stays CLEAN, my nutrient levels stay really low (.03 phosphates and undetectable nitrates last time I checked) and my algae barely grows at all. Started the tank in early February and still have minimal coralline. If it’s not live phytoplankton consuming those nutrients...what is? I feed 2-3x a day for my corals, and twice a day for fish.

@najer my good sir, the only conclusion i can make is that the stuff works!

It sounds like a great food, my intended point is that live is better, I'm glad it works for you.

It's great to hear, and I'm glad that our LIVE phytoplankton product is giving you these results. A healthy tank is what we all want in the end. Thanks so much for the feedback.

I'm going to bow out of the thread now. It's been great chatting with everyone. If anyone wants to talk in more detail, please start a private conversation with me. Thanks for everyone's time. Sorry for all the phyto talk. LOL

What mine is looks nothing like a feather duster. I have a few feather dusters in the tank. This is a specific geometric shape.

This is what it looks like, no feather duster heads come out, no tubes.

cant see them but your drawing may be cluster dusters
