4yrs ago I was down to 199 now I'm up to 233. I know what I need to do but I don't really care for rabbit food. I do like rabbit.

I'm am seriously going back to my old breakfast. Greek yogurt,hemp blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and a banana smoothie.

How many of y'all use live rock in your sump? I have one rock in my tank that I hate. I don't really want to give up the bacteria in it though. It's about 10 years old.

I got her for the tiger I have had for awhile. I hope they like each other. She likes to move the empty shell lol.

I have the same combo! My watchman started acting weird for a few days. Got him a tiger pistol and wuthin 20 minutes they were inseparable. Such a cool relationship to watch. Its like reality tv, except its real.

I have about 6 lbs. in the back in two AIO chambers. That is about 20% of my rock.

My feeling is having rock back there, or in the sump provides additional filtration, possible cryptic areas and a haven for micro critters like pods.

This is a big rock. I'm hopeful I can use it in the sump. I might be better off breaking it apart.

This rock is dense. Imo it was ocean harvested. All of the rock from the ocean I have is dense.

If it does not fit and you want to preserve it, toss it in with the rock that is curing.

If you break it up, be prepared for any nasty critters living inside. Wear gloves.

It serves a structural base for my cave right now in the tank. I do have ocean rock in the other rock.

The base rock is my favorite as far as shape and ability to stack nicely. Btw I have a sweet cave made.

@JoshH had a freaking beautiful idea for the Miracle Tank. The center overflow is white. Should look gorgeous with the frosted back glass.

I'd love some white tonga rock, but it's very difficult to find. I may settle for some staghorn skeleton instead.
