Also, anyone who has a 400+ gallon build thread already going, we can move it to the new forum for you. Just message one of Team R2R for help with that. :D

Good to see this. I am a believer and have 360g but also looking for a larger tank. Maybe some for sale on here too????? I'm actively seeking even bigger for right price.
Here is my largest of 4 tanks :

Well, we're not really hobbyists but for your entertainment, here's the behind the scenes look at the life support Room for our 4 x 750 gallon tanks. Being in a remote area we keep things according to the KISS principal.

We run each tank through a 100 gallon sump. Flow from the return pumps and loop pumps run back via Oceans Motion flow directors and O mni nozzles.
Each tank has coast to coast weir overflow.
Bean Animal returns from overflow box to sumps
Each sump has 2 banks of filter socks 200 and 100 micron.
AquaC EV-2000 protein skimmer per sump
Marine Pure medium for bacteria habitat
Tanks turn over 8 to 10 times per hour.
Dosing 3 part Balling method via Profilux controllers and GHL Dosing pumps.
'Storm' automatic top off
'Renew' automatic water change (20% monthly)
200 watt UV system per tank
Orphek LED Lighting via wifi controller

These tanks make mine look like a sump :(;)
My sump is 270 gallons, but the largest tank connected to it is only 90 gallons!

Even though I have 500 gallons total volume, I don't feel like this is where my build belongs until my big plywood project kicks off!

Lol, nice....if you have 500 gallons of total volume then you belong here :) Me on the other hand only has roughly 135 gallons total so I am just an observer.

I like the idea of the new forum, but one of the drawbacks is that there is a much smaller group of people looking at these threads, so there is far less feedback and discussion with fellow reefers.

Is it possible to keep a thread in the General Members section and have it somehow be tagged in the Monster category too? It feels very limiting now, but having duplicate/parallel threads would be silly. Can a Monster tank thread show up somewhere else too?

I understand what you are saying but Do realize many of us also pay focal point to smaller tanks and offer advise for such and I even collaborate with an individual who has a 3 gallon Pico tank. A saltwater tank is a saltwater tank.
