Got this brand new mp40wqd from BRS yesterday and it has been making this sound. I've tried moving the wet side around and still nothing. Any suggestions?

I can’t watch the Video but maybe adjust the wet and dry side to see if it helps.
 
Cannot really tell much from the video. First question is always are you using the correct spacer? Also, seems close to the water surface, is it sucking in air? Also make sure the wetside clips didn't come loose in shipping.
