Hello!
I’m brand new to saltwater aquariums and I recently purchased the Tunze Osmolator 3155. It worked great for about 2 1/2 weeks then the water level slowly started rising. I tried cleaning it in vinegar and lightly wiping it with a new Sunglass microfiber cloth, but it has not helped. Sometimes it will just keep filling until the high water alarm turns on. Please help! It was told this was the only ATO to buy and it wasn’t cheap and I haven’t even had it for 3 weeks and sadly don’t trust it anymore. I’ve done experiments where I’ll pull some water out to start the pump and then pour the water back in and the pump just goes until the high water level goes off.
